How To Boost Your Immune System and Prevent Cold and Flu Naturally

I have been searching for this information myself for months and now I compile them together for you or someone you know want to get quicker recover or even prevent seasonal flu and cold. It works at least for me.  Here are general tips and couple herbs that help you to do the trick.

General when the weather in transition is changing you should pay attention specially minimal contact and often washing your hands.  Specially I found this very helpful and that is cleaning all the surfaces that you regularly contact with such as, bed, bathroom, door knobs, table, keyboards.  It is simply by mixing 50% of alcohol + 50% of peroxide and scrub on the surface. It will kill most of the bacteria and virus.

Also, here are the lists must have handy what I called “mobile sanitizer” mix alcohol & peroxide in mini spray bottle. Colloidal silver spray.

Spray colloidal silver spray in the nasal & in the mouth 3 to 4 times per day (yes, according to Gary Null Ph.D , he is public health scientist states that, it could kill up to 500 different batterias and viruses. By the way, coloidal silver is a great anti-mocrobaterial and fungal internal and externally).

Taking high quality vitamin C in bufferred form (poweder or capsulses) up to your bowl tolerance usually 2000 mg to 5000 mg per day. If you don’t know what it means please talk to your holistic doctor or nutritionist.  Next, eat as much as you can variety of berries, pomegranate juice, papaya etc  and reduce your fried food and sugary drink.

Top herbs you should learn familiar and use them accordingly:

-Use warm tea including green and black tea couple cups per day and mix with manuka raw honey or equivalent quality raw honey.

*Echinacea herb it contains echinacoside (a natural antibiotic, comparable to penicillin in effect) that can kill a broad range of viruses, bacteria, fungi, and protozoa, which makes it invaluable in wound healing and the treatment of infectious diseases. Research has also reported echinacea’s efficacy in treating colds, flu, bronchitis, tuberculosis, infections, etc.

*Elderberries fight sinus flu and cold and have been used for centuries, purify the blood.
Used for its antioxidant activity, to lower cholesterol, improve vision, boost the immune system, improve heart health and for coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections and tonsilitis. Elderberry juice was used to treat a flu epidemic in Panama in 1995.

Also, Elderberry is used for antioxidant, lower cholesterol, improve vision, and boost the immune system, great for coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections and tonsillitis.

*Ginger warming herb, great for indigestion, nausea, bloating, help cold and flu. Powerful anti-inflammatory.

* Andrographis used in Ayuvedic medicine helps your body fight infection and reduce cold and flu. Helps fever.

*Boneset is traditionally, it has been used for preventing and treating fevers, typhoid fever, chills, chronic ague, debility, night sweats, respiratory allergies, urinary tract infections, skin diseases, excess mucous, bronchial congestion and, jaundice. Great for body ache and pain.

*Oregano oil fight cold and flu as well.
Oregano oil is fighting nutrient for harmful bacteria and powerful antioxidant. Also is a powerful against intestinal parasites and yeast overgowth. One study found that 77 percent of enteric parasite patients who took oregano oil for six weeks ended up parasite-free. And oil of oregano also helps stave off Candida albicans.

Vitamin A helps in development of good vision and healthy skin. It’s also responsible for  maintaining healthy bones, teeth, and mucous membranes.
A deficiency in vitamin A can lead to an increased chance of blindness.

However; eating large amounts of vitamin A can make the skin appear  orange.  Too much vitamin A can also result in hypervitaminosis, which includes symptoms  such as pains in the bones headaches, diarrhea, and blurry vision.  Generally, vitamin A  toxicity is more likely if vitamin is taken in large doses for an extended amount of time.
